Our History
Established in 2016, Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care specializes in providing compassionate, quality care with respect and comfort to those facing life-limiting illness where they reside. We are accredited by the Joint Commission to provide both hospice and palliative care services.
Our office is located in Cerritos, CA and we provide service in Los Angeles
County, Orange County and Riverside/San Bernardino County.
